I have always been somewhat of a procrastinator and, at times, I put that down to my anxiety. It’s almost easier to do nothing at all than it is to try and then subsequently fail. While this methodology allows me to stay all cozy and snug in my comfort zone it also, unfortunately, holds me back from achieving a lot of goals I have in mind. At a certain point, I realized that I had become my biggest hurtle to get over when it comes to finding true congruence in my life and since then have been working hard to change my bad habits.

I don’t think I can say this about any other blogger, but Rebecca was my initial inspiration for starting my own blog back in 2015. I never really knew that you could just write about things that interested you and make the content just as aesthetically pleasing as it was informative. How I'm Currently Organizing My Daily Schedule

I’ve always gravitated toward a steady routine in order to feel productive throughout the day. This mentality stems from university where I really didn’t have a lot of time between classes to get my essays done.

How To Be More Grateful For Your Body

This past year has really tested me when it comes to my body image. After having gone through a fair amount of anxiety I turned to my trusted coping mechanism—food. Feeling the need to indulge in food as a way to feel better not only made me feel physically ill, but also changed the way I viewed my self-control, especially when I noticed my body begin to change in tandem. After having discussed these feelings with my therapist, I realized that my insecurities didn’t lie in the way I looked, but rather how I thought I would be perceived by others.
